Epigastric diffuse tenderness

For gastric agglomeration, about a third of the patients can have a palpable mass in the upper abdomen and a diffuse upper tenderness on physical examination. Gastric agglomeration is when a child eats a lot of persimmons and black dates on an empty stomach, which causes the pectin and tannic acid contained in the child to solidify with gastric acid, forming a clump in the stomach. Clinically, it is characterized by pain and discomfort in the upper abdomen after a meal, and an accessible mass in the stomach. Improper treatment can cause gastrointestinal obstruction and ulcers.
