Cold in the lower limbs

Coldness of the lower limbs: In winter and spring, people generally feel that the lower limbs, especially the feet, are cooler than the upper body. This is a normal physiological phenomenon. This is because the lower limbs are farthest from the heart, and the local blood flow is relatively slow. It is easy to walk and wears less. However, if you do n’t wear thin shoes, your shoes also have a good warming effect, and you still feel cold and numbness in your lower limbs. This kind of abnormal coldness in your lower limbs is not just the cause of the cold weather, it may be caused by some disease.
