Centripetal obesity

A special body shape produced when the human body continues to have excessive glucocorticoids. Because glucocorticoids have different effects on adipose tissue in different parts of the body: decomposition of adipose tissue in the extremities increases and fat synthesis in the abdomen, face, shoulders and back increases, resulting in a rounded face, hypertrophic back, wide waist and abdomen. Spherical bulge, fat and thick at the proximal end and weak at the distal end.
