Nocturnal emission

Nocturnal emission, a physiological phenomenon, refers to the fact that semen does not ejaculate spontaneously due to sexual intercourse. There are physiological and pathological differences. Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the phenomenon of semen seizures as nocturnal or insemination. Those who have dreams are called "dream remnants", and those who leave without dreams, even those who ejaculate sperm spontaneously when they are awake are "sliding sperm". Mostly caused by kidney deficiency and insufficiency, or heart and kidney discomfort, or hot and humid betting. Western medicine can be found in phimosis, long foreskin, urethritis, and prostate diseases. Dreams and wives are often the early stages of sobriety and ejaculation, and dreams and ejaculation are two types of syndromes with different weights. It should be noted that nocturnal emission is not menstrual, so there is no regularity at all. It was normal to have nocturnal sperm before, but now it has disappeared. Especially when men enter middle age, it almost never happens again.
