Cryoglobulin (CG) refers to a pathological protein that does not dissolve in serum at 4 ° C, is easy to polymerize at 30 ° C, and dissolves at 37 ° C. Cryoglobulin can be found in many clinical diseases. It binds complement to produce an inflammatory response. It is similar to diseases caused by immune complexes.
