Rendezvous test
The Lunde test is performed by the following principles. Food entering the stomach can directly or indirectly stimulate pancreas secretion. The fatty acids and amino acids in food can stimulate the duodenum and upper jejunum to release cholecystokinin (CCK), which in turn promotes pancreas secretion of digestive enzymes.
