Deficiency of phagocytosis is found in actin dysfunction, membrane glycoprotein deficiency, G-6-PD deficiency, chronic granulomas, malignant tumors, and so on. Macrophage phagocytosis test is mainly used to judge the therapeutic effect of tumors.
