Tubal ventilation

The fallopian tube ventilation test is a metal catheter with a conical rubber plug head, which is inserted into the cervical canal and blocked, and a physiological saline is injected into the vagina to immerse the rubber plug head to detect whether there is air leakage during ventilation. A carbon dioxide gas storage cylinder equipped with a pressure gauge and a conditioner is connected externally, and the injection speed is 20 to 40 ml / min, and the total amount is 200 ml. The advantage of this method is that it is simple and easy to use. When the fallopian tubes are slightly adhered, they can be separated by the pressure of CO2 and act as a dredge. The disadvantage is that it can cause chest tightness, shortness of breath, convulsions and even coma.
