Bacterial infection immunoassay

Bacterial infection immunoassay refers to detecting an antigen (or antibody) with a known antibody (or antigen) in vitro. It is one of the important means for clinical bacterial disease diagnosis and pathogen identification. Use known antibodies (i.e., immune sera or monoclonal antibodies containing specific antibodies) to detect unknown bacterial species, types, or bacterial antigens in specimens or isolated cultures. Or use known bacteria or specific antigens to detect the presence or absence of corresponding antibodies in patients' serum and the dynamic changes of their titers, as an auxiliary diagnosis of certain infectious diseases.
