Occult blood test and hemosiderin-containing test are chemical or monoclonal antibody methods that can be used to detect traces of respiratory tract bleeding or sputum or suspected respiratory tract hemorrhage caused by hemolytic. Prussian blue staining can detect hemosiderin in sputum.
