Urine inclusions

Urine inclusion test is an auxiliary test method to check whether urine is normal. Inclusion bodies are host cells that express foreign genes. They can be prokaryotic cells, such as E. coli, or eukaryotic cells, such as yeast cells and mammalian cells. Inclusion bodies are proteins that form a diseased structure in the host cell during the process of virus proliferation, which can be seen under a light microscope. Mostly round, oval, or irregular. Generally, it is composed of intact virus particles or virus subunits that have not yet been assembled; a few are reaction products of host cells to virus infections, and they do not contain virus particles. Through this examination, the corresponding symptoms can be judged.
