Anticoagulant activity test

Laboratory studies have shown that lymphocytes produced by sensitized lymphocytes in contact with specific antigens can stimulate macrophages to produce tissue factors, stimulate exogenous coagulation, and promote local cellulose deposition, leading to increased coagulation activity. Group A hemolytic streptococcus specific antigens can increase the procoagulant activity (PCA) of peripheral blood and myocardial cells through the action of lymphocytes, all of which suggest the importance of cellular immune-mediated immune mechanisms in the pathogenesis of ARF.
