Agglutination experiment

Agglutination test is one of the serological test methods. Serological test is the general name for the visible reaction of antigen-antibody in vitro, so it is also called antigen-antibody reaction. It can use known antibodies (bacterial antisera) to detect unknown antigens (bacteria to be tested); it can also use known antigens (known pathogens) to detect corresponding antibodies and their titers in patients' serums. One of the important means of bacteriological identification.
