Insulin gastric acid secretion
This test is mainly used to estimate whether the effect after vagotomy is satisfactory. Gastric acid injected with insulin increased by 20mmol / L compared with BAO was positive; those with free acid increased by more than 10mmol / L after insulin injection were also positive; within 45min of insulin injection, the vagus nerve dominating the stomach was not completely cut off.
