Human acid ferritin

Human acidic isoferitin (AIF) is an isomer of ferritin. Rich in H subunit, isoelectric point partial acid is easy to form polymer, its properties are different from other ferritin, and it has different antigen components. General ferritin kits are for alkaline alkaline liver and spleen ferritin, and AIP is mainly present in liver cancer tissues, cardiac muscle cells and neutrophils, suggesting that AIF can be used as a tumor marker. Because the glycosylation of the serum AIF protein is completely modified, and myocardial infarction causes cells to rupture and release to the tissues in the blood, the AIF glycosylation is incomplete, and the blood circulation clears it very quickly, without disturbing the determination of serum AIF .
