Pharyngeal nerve sheath tumor

Pharyngeal nerve sheath tumors are tumors of the peripheral cranial nerves, sympathetic nerves, and their branches. They occur in the posterior wall and sidewall of the pharynx. Histologically, nerve sheath tumors can be divided into neurofibromas and nerve sheath tumors (Snow Wang's disease).
