One-way agar diffusion test
One-way agar diffusion experiment is also called one-way immune diffusion experiment. Refers to the diffusion of soluble antigen in the agar medium of the corresponding antibody, which can qualitatively and quantitatively quantify the antigen. One-way agar diffusion test can be used for the determination of IgG, IgA, IgM in human serum.
