Transvaginal septum removal
Those with no holes in the vaginal septum may have periodic lower abdominal pain without menarche, those with small holes may have symptoms of poor menstrual drainage, and those with the diaphragm in the lower and middle vagina may cause dissatisfaction with sexual life. Some patients may be asymptomatic.
