Partial cartilage resection or repair

The meniscus is two half-moon fibrous cartilage plates between the femoral condyle and tibial plateau in the knee joint. The meniscus is larger on the inside and smaller on the outside. The knee joint suddenly twisted violently, and the bone ends of the femur and tibia could squeeze and crush the meniscus. In addition to arthroscopic partial meniscal cartilage resection, for patients who cannot be treated without incision, arthrotomy and open-sight surgery can be selected, that is, partial meniscal cartilage resection or repair.
