1. Maxillary odontogenic malignancies are limited to alveolar processes. 2. Tumors confined to the maxillary sinus floor. 3. Hard palate tumors invade the bottom wall of the maxillary sinus, or low-grade malignant tumors of the hard palate; such as enamel tumors, cylindrical tumors, epithelioid carcinomas, and mixed tumors.
