Pleural mesothelioma resection
1. Patients with isolated tumors and intact capsules will undergo simple tumor resection. 2. Tumor basal invasion and chest wall should be resected together with tumor and local chest wall. 3. Tumor invasion and lung can be used for tumor combined with pneumonectomy.
