Perineal hernia

The abdominal organs come out of the perineum through the muscle and fascia space at the bottom of the pelvic cavity, which is called perineal hernia. The perineum is the entire soft tissue structure that closes the pelvic outlet below the pelvis. The line connecting the sciatic nodules on both sides will divide the yin into two triangles: the front is called the urogenital triangle, which is closed by the urogenital diaphragm, the male has the urethra, and the female has the urethra and vagina; the rear is called the anal triangle, which is closed by the pelvic diaphragm. There is rectal passage. There is a weak point between the pelvic floor and the occipital tail muscle, and most hernias pass through this gap.
