Free jejunum or colon transplantation

Microsurgical small vessel anastomosis is used to reconstruct laryngo-pharyngeal and cervical esophagus by free jejunum or colon segment transplantation. It is not limited by the length of pharyngeal and cervical esophageal defects. It has abundant blood supply and reliable materials. Advantages are conducive to the recovery of throat function and swallowing function.
