Digital flexor tendon stenosis tenosynovitis release

Tendonostenitis of the flexor tendon stenosis, also known as "plate finger", is a common disease in orthopedic surgery. Occurs frequently in middle-aged and elderly women and manual workers. The disease can affect patients' daily work and life. Since the 1980s, many domestic doctors have made great progress in treating this disease with traditional needle-knife treatment. Because this therapy is economical, easy to operate, and recover quickly, it has been continuously promoted. Some published articles on needle-knife therapy for the treatment of flexor stenosing tenosynovitis are systematically summarized and combined with our own clinical experience, this therapy is further explored.
