Peripheral iridectomy

Peripheral iris resection is currently replaced by laser iris resection. But it still applies in the following cases: 1. When the iris cannot be seen clearly, such as corneal opacities. 2. The patient cannot sit in front of the slit lamp or when not cooperating for systemic reasons. 3. Sustained or recurrent inflammation caused by laser iris resection holes blocked multiple times. 4. When laser equipment is missing.
