Transsexual

Refers to the persistent desire to change one's gender anatomical characteristics in order to achieve gender conversion. The vast majority are men, and their psychological identification is contrary to anatomical and physiological gender characteristics. Women are more likely to be gay. Often, there is a strong demand for surgery to change the structure of the sex organs in order to change gender, and some patients may have severe consequences due to their request for surgery without a door.
