Early symptoms of pharynx diverticulum: Small diverticula may be asymptomatic. Due to the existence of diverticulum, there may be symptoms such as bad breath, pharyngeal obstruction, foreign body sensation, and food reflux. Larger diverticulum may have difficulty swallowing and hoarseness
