No detrusor reflex

Detrusor nonreflex is one type of neurogenic bladder detrusor function. Neurogenic bladder and urethral dysfunction produces complex urination symptoms, and poor urination or urinary retention is one of the most common symptoms. The urological complications induced by this are the main cause of death.
