Thick long bones
X-ray examination showed that the deformed osteitis patients had bent and gross deformities of long bones. Osteitis deformans is a chronic progressive osteopathy, with local bone tissue osteogenesis and osteogenesis, bone resorption and reconstruction, osteoporosis and calcification as pathological features.
