Snore

Snoring (medical terms: snoring, snoring, and sleep apnea syndrome) is a widespread sleep phenomenon. At present, most people think that this is commonplace, and don't take it for granted. Some people think of snoring as a sound sleep which performed. In fact, snoring is the enemy of health. Because of snoring, sleep apnea is repeatedly paused, causing severe hypoxia in the brain and blood, forming hypoxemia, and inducing hypertension, cerebral heart disease, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and angina pectoris. Sudden apnea over 120 seconds is prone to sudden death in the early morning.
