Asbestos pityriasis

Asbestos pityriasis (pityriasis amiantacea) was once known as asbestos-like ringworm. Because the thick palate formed by scales on the head resembles asbestos-like and is not a fungal infection, the name of asbestos-like pityriasis should be used. The damage is characterized by asbestos-like thick scaly lesions that occur on the scalp. This disease occurs in adolescents and is a chronic disease. This disease is similar to the "white dandruff" recorded in the medical literature of the motherland.
