Disorientation

Directional force is the ability to perceive and recognize the surrounding environment (time, place, person) and its state (name, age, occupation, etc.). Disorientation is an important criterion for conscious disturbance. In some special cases, the orientation is not related to the disturbance of consciousness, such as the loss of time orientation of a long-term detained or isolated person, the loss of location and spatial orientation of a lost person.
