Forehead white spot
Macular albinism is typically characterized by white spots on the forehead, 80% to 90% of which can be accompanied by white hair on the forehead, which is triangular or diamond-shaped, symmetrical, located in the center of the forehead or slightly to one side, and can extend down to the root of the nose.
