Positive fatal reaction

The Federer's test, that is, the typhoid fever serum agglutination test, which is positive for the Federer reaction, has an auxiliary diagnostic value for typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever. Typhoid fever is an acute infectious disease caused by typhoid bacteria with persistent bacteremia, involvement of the reticuloendothelial system, and microabscesses and ulcerations in the distal ileum as basic pathological features. Typical clinical manifestations include persistent high fever, abdominal discomfort, and liver Splenomegaly and low white blood cells, some patients have roseola and relatively slow pulse. This disease is also known as enteric fever, but the clinical manifestations of this disease are mainly caused by the spread of pathogenic blood to the whole organs of the body, not caused by local intestinal lesions.
