Hypertrophic scar

Hyperplastic scar, also known as hypertrophic scar or proliferative scar, is not qualitatively different from keloids in histopathology. After the skin injury heals, the scar continues to proliferate and can develop into a hyperplastic scar. Hypertrophic scars are prominent on the skin surface, irregular in shape, uneven in height, flushed and congested, and firm in texture. She has a burning sensation and itching sensation, and her symptoms worsen when the ambient temperature increases, her emotions are aroused, or when spicy food is consumed.
