Hepatocyte stent collapse

The collapse of the hepatocyte stent is one of the symptoms of liver damage due to poisoning by mushrooms. When poisonous mushroom poisoning damages the internal organs, liver, brain, heart, kidney and other organs may be damaged, but the liver damage is the most serious. May have jaundice, elevated transaminase, liver enlargement, bleeding tendency and other manifestations. The livers of death cases were significantly reduced, the cut surface was betel nut-shaped, hepatic cell necrosis, hepatocyte stent collapse, hepatic lobular structure destruction, hepatic sinus expansion, stellate cell hyperplasia, or hepatic fatty changes. A few cases have arrhythmia, oliguria, and urinary closure.
