Joint anxiety
Joint detention is unfavorable, mostly due to liver and blood deficiency, that is, deficiency of the spleen and kidney, insufficient biochemical sources, or chronic disease consuming liver blood, or excessive blood loss, which is mainly manifested by the difficulty of flexion and extension of the limbs.
