Tendon strain

A muscle strain refers to a general injury to the transition of muscle or tendon activity. These injuries generally occur when your body is fatigued and exceeds the intensity it bears. The two most susceptible strains are the back of the thigh (hamstring) and the inner thigh (adductor). The main symptom of a hamstring strain is sharp pain in the legs and back when you straighten your legs. The main symptom of an adductor strain is that when you want to lift your legs outward, there is sharp pain on the inside of your thighs. After a muscle strain, you should apply a cold compress within the first two days. After two days, you can massage and hot compress, and then slowly resume exercise and stretching. Warm up before exercising and stretching.
