Menstrual cramps

Menstrual pain in the lower abdomen is one of the clinical manifestations of spleen deficiency. Broadly refers to a series of pathological phenomena and symptoms of physiological dysfunction of the spleen caused by spleen deficiency. Including syndromes of deficiency of spleen qi, deficiency of spleen and yang, depression of qi, and insufficiency of spleen. Mostly due to eating disorders. Loss of work and rest, or chronic illness. The spleen has the functions of transporting nutrients in food, transporting water, and controlling blood. Deficiency of the spleen is caused by dysfunction, and nutritional disorders may occur. The water is lost to spread and wet sputum is produced, or blood loss occurs.
