Tibial shaft nonunion
Tibial shaft nonunion refers to the lack of soft tissue coverage at the tibial shaft fractures, resulting in trophic arteries and nutritional vessels vulnerable to damage, insufficient blood supply to the lower fracture segment, and prone fracture nonunion (union).
