Non-Clostridium myonecrosis

Non-clostridium myonecrosis is a purulent infection with muscle necrosis as the main disease caused by obligate anaerobic digestive streptococcus. Local lesions are manifested as intramuscular cellulitis and intramuscular cellulitis, so it is also called anaerobic streptococcal myositis. The lesion is more localized, and necrotic muscles are often mixed with living muscles. Thorough removal of necrotic tissue and full drainage of open wounds are key measures for a good prognosis.
