Giant stomach sinus
A limited mass appears on the upper right side of the umbilicus, with a raised appearance, which is smooth and elastic and mild tenderness. The lower right border is clearer. This is an extremely dilated gastric antrum, called "giant gastric antrum", which is an acute stomach. The important signs unique to dilation can be used as a strong evidence for clinical diagnosis.
