Chronic pelvic pain

Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is a common and complex debilitating condition, and its etiology remains unclear. It is associated with apparent morbidity and loss of physical and sexual function. Patients often suffer from symptoms of continuous development, extensive repetitive examinations, and ineffective diagnosis and treatment of existing medicine. Many patients have also expressed frustration because they cannot allow others to take their pain seriously or have been reminded that their pain may be caused by psychological reasons.
