Gray-black mass
The gray-black mass in the conjunctival conjunctiva is one of the clinical manifestations of melanoma of the conjunctiva. Melanoma originates from malignant tumors of melanocytes in the pigmented areas of the skin, mucous membranes, eyes and central nervous system.
