Lacrimal gland prolapse

Lacrimal gland prolapse means that the lacrimal gland leaves the fossa of the lacrimal gland and prolapses forward or downward. Lacrimal gland prolapse is rare, often bilateral, and frequently occurs in women before the age of 25, often coexisting with blepharoplasty, but after the lacrimal skin slack appears for a long time.
