TCM lung collateral is caused by evil qi committing lungs, lung qi obstruction, phlegm turbidity content, and lung collateral expansion. Pulmonary diseases are mainly manifested by chronic cough, vomiting a large amount of sticky or purulent sputum, and intermittent coughing of blood. Bronchodilation in Western Medicine refers to the chronic inflammation of the bronchi and surrounding tissues, which damages the wall of the tube, causing the bronchial lumen to expand and deform. Clinical features are chronic recurrent cough, purulent sputum, and hemoptysis, which are common clinical bronchial purulent diseases.
