Dermoid epidermoid cyst
Dermatoid epidermoid cysts can occur anywhere in the spinal canal, but are more common in the thoracolumbar, spinal cone, and horsetail. Lesions are more common in the subdural layer, with fewer parts located in the intramedullary and epidural.
