Hyperendocrine function

One is primary hyperfunction: caused by endocrine tumors, hyperplasia, or other diseases, such as acromegaly caused by increased growth hormone secretion from pituitary growth hormone tumors, and cortex caused by increased secretion of cortisol from adrenal cortex adenomas. Alcoholism, hyperparathyroidism caused by hyperparathyroidism and increased secretion of parathyroid hormone. One is secondary hyperfunction: the endocrine glands are not diseased, and factors other than the endocrine target glands or tumors secrete hormone-promoting substances, such as lung oat cell carcinoma secreting adrenocorticotropic hormones and causing adrenal cortex secretion. Ectopic adrenocorticotropic syndrome caused by polycortisol.
