Erythema and edema at the urethra
Recurrent candid balanitis manifests as erythema on the glans area, with small pustules or pimples on the surface. It can also appear as local edema of the glans mucosa, slight desquamation at the edges, and papules and small pustules can expand around to form the glans erosion.
