Gaze sign

Thyroid-related eye diseases are classified into grades 0 to 6: grade 0: no signs and no symptoms; grade 1: only signs (reduction of upper eyelid, gaze sign); grade 2: involvement of soft tissues; grade 3: exophthalmos; grade 4: eyes External muscle involvement; grade 5: corneal involvement; grade 6: symptoms of hyperthyroidism with vision loss may also have blepharoplasia and gaze signs.
